WHAT WE DO
Sports specific training has developed tremendously since the days of “no pain, no gain”. Athletes are becoming faster, stronger and more explosive each year, making the need for sound, effective training programs greater than ever.
Our primary goal as professional strength coaches is to develop training routines that enhance performance and address areas of weakness to help decrease the potential for injury. We also understand the important role that proper nutrition, rest and flexibility techniques play in improving the vitality of an athlete.

The workouts are challenging, but they are fun. I can't say enough what a friendly and welcoming environment this gym is. I highly recommend The Gym of Avon to anyone who is interested in meeting a specific fitness goal, training for an event, or just adding some strength training to an already established fitness regimen.
Scheduling workouts using their online system is a breeze -- but you can also call or drop in! They offer individualized personal training and also small group training (a bootcamp of sorts) and that can be any time they are open. For personal training clients, along with your weekly sessions you are able to come in for cardio sessions during any of their open hours.
